The space-saving design of the CHAMBORD scale allows it to remain on the counter at all times. The CHAMBORD scale has the capacity to weigh items up to 5kg/ 11 lb. The scale is user friendly, featuring a fold-open LCD-display that rests atop an extendable arm. The display arm will extend from 4-1/2 inches to 11 inches for larger bowls, by simply sliding it upwards. The CHAMBORD scale is easy to use, just turn the 2-1/2 l/84-ounce bowl over and you are ready to go. The two control buttons offer many versatile functions including on/off, automatic shut-off control, settings for ounces or grams and a tare function that lets you weigh each additional item as it is added to the scale. The tare function will also allow you to use any bowl you might prefer – you simply set the scale to tare/zero after putting the bowl in place and the scale resets to zero so that you are only weighing the contents as they are added and not the bowl itself. Select tare every time you add a new ingredient to weigh the exact amount. Precision in the kitchen has never been more fun! Batteries are included.
